Terms and Conditions: £10,000 Prize Draw

  1. Eligibility:
  • Entrants must be legal residents of the United Kingdom.
  • Entrants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
  • Entrants must be registered as a business and hold a valid Capital On Tap account.
  1. Entry Period:
  • The prize draw ends on 29th February.
  1. Entry Method:
  • To enter, eligible businesses must use their Capital On Tap account for transactions during the entry period.
  1. Prize:
  • The prize is £10,000 (ten thousand pounds) cash.
  • The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
  • There is no cash alternative to the prize.
  • The prize is given as a charitable donation.
  1. Winner Selection:
  • The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
  • The draw will be conducted within 7 days after the end of the entry period.
  1. Winner Notification:
  • The winner will be notified via email or phone within 7 days of the draw.
  • If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, a new winner will be selected.

  • By entering, participants agree to their business name being used in publicity materials related to the prize draw.

  • Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purposes of administering this prize draw and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
  1. Use of Prize:
  • Bevec and Capital On Tap bear no liability for how the prize money is utilised by the winning business.
  • The winning business has full discretion over the use of the prize money and assumes all responsibility for any legal or financial consequences arising from its use.
  • The recipient is responsible for paying any relevant taxes due on the prize.
  • The cash prize includes VAT.
  1. Competitor Disqualification:
    • Bevec reserves the sole right to disqualify any competitors who do not meet the eligibility requirements or violate the terms and conditions of the prize draw.
  2. Promoter:
    • The promoter of this prize draw is Bevec.
  3. Governing Law:
    • This prize draw is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
