The client’s event spanned multiple rooms, requiring a smooth transition from a podcast recording and Q&A session to a lively party. A significant challenge was the setting sun, which threatened to interfere with the visual quality of the live-streamed podcast.
BEVEC’s solution
We expertly managed the transitions between rooms, ensuring a seamless flow for attendees. To address the sunlight issue, we blocked out the sun with thick drapes and provided front lighting to ensure all faces were clearly visible on camera. We also installed discreet moving lights to enhance the party’s atmosphere, maintaining the event’s aesthetic and ensuring a successful execution.
