Executive Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.
- Manage and coordinate calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements, maintaining efficiency across schedules.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external use.
- Act as a liaison between the leadership team and internal/external stakeholders.
- Assist with project coordination and execution, particularly in business operations and events.
- Conduct research and provide insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
